Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the earlier round of litigation, when grievance was ventilated that the petitioner's application has remained pending, this Court allowed the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty and also a direction to decide application within reasonable time. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after that order, more than 3 months have elapsed but no order has been passed. 2.
Considering the submission, it is directed that respondent No.2 will decide petitioner's application in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This order shall not come in the way of the authority in deciding other applications also, in respect of same route, filed by any other party in accordance with law. 4.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
