Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the default has already been removed in WPS No. 6213/2017 and WPS No.6214/2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that for the present, the petitioners will not press relief clause 10.2 of the petitions. It is further putforth that rest of the claim in the writ petitions are covered by the judgment rendered in the matter of (Jayant Kumar Patle Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others WPS No. 4271/2017 decided on 03.11.2017), learned State counsel would not dispute the submission made by the

learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above all the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Jayant Kumar Patle (supra). A copy of the order passed in Jayant Kumar Patle (supra) be placed on record of the present writ petitions.
