This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.119/2015, registered at Police Station-Baramkela, District-Raigarh (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397, 450 & 120B of the IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act. 2.
After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the same after examination of material prosecution witnesses. 3.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
