1. This application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.02/2010, registered in Police StationMardapal, Revenue & Civil District -Bastar, for alleged commission of offence under Section 395/149 IPC, Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, Section 135 (A) of Jan Pratinidhitva Adhiniyam, 1951 and Sections 23, 38 (2), 39 (2) of the Vidhi Virudh Kriya Kalap Adhiniyam read with Section 34 of the IPC.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the applicant had moved application for grant of anticipatory bail, the Court below has not decided the application till date.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that it is a case of 2010 and the trial of other accused who were earlier arrested and granted bail is complete and they have been acquitted.

4. As there is no order on applicant's application, the Court below shall decide the application of the applicant within a period 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
