WPS No.4271 of 2017 (Jayant Kumar Patle Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others, and other connected matters}, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in Jayant Kumar Patle (supra).

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Jayant Kumar Patle (supra). A copy of the order passed in Jayant Kumar Patle (supra) be placed on record of the present writ petition.
