2. The instant petition is for directing the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durg to decide the pending Criminal Case No.8274/2014 {State of CG vs. Manohar Gyan Chandani} within a time frame.
3. Allowing the prayer of this nature will amount to sit in the arm chair of the Magistrate to decide the case pending before it which is of the year 2014. If the cases of this nature are entertained and if it is ordered to expedite the trial of the cases pending before the Magistrate of the year 2014, then this Court will be flooded with such petitions, therefore, it is not a case which warrants powers to be exercised under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
