Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent No. 3 has issued a notice on 27.10.2017 to the petitioner to remove the encroachment and no sufficient time has been granted to raise an objection to the same which is illegal and bad in law.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file reply / objection before the respondent No. 3- Nagar Panchayat, Bodla within 15 days from today. If such a reply is filed by the petitioner before the respondent No. 4 then, in that event, the respondent No. 3 shall do well to consider and decide the petitioner's reply before proceeding further with the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
