Hon'ble Shri Arup Kumar Goswami, Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri N.K. Chandravanshi Judge Order on Board Per Arup Kumar Goswami, Chief Justice 29.11.2021 On 16.11.2021, in Writ Petition (PIL) No.68 of 2021 and 94 of 2021, it was noted in the order that none had appeared for the petitioner and that on the previous occasion also, when the matters were listed on 15.09.2021, none had appeared for the petitioner.
The petitioner was appearing in person.
It was also noted in the said order that the Registry had produced before the Court an e-mail received from the petitioner praying for withdrawal of Writ Petition (PIL) No.94 of 2021 as well as Writ Petition (PIL) Nos.79 of 2020, 68 of 2021 and 110 of 2021 on the ground that he was unable to pursue these petitions as he was suffering from "physically and psychologically illness".
Taking note of the above, Registry was directed to list aforesaid two cases along with Writ Petition (PIL) Nos.79 of 2020 and 110 of 2021. Accordingly, all these matters have been listed today. 5.
In none of these petitions, notices have been issued. 6.
By an order dated 26.11.2020 in Writ Petition (PIL) No.79 of 2020, the petitioner was directed to effect the statutory deposit and to cure the defects pointed out by the Registry.

The aforesaid directions have not been complied with till date. 8.
The petitioner, namely, Jayendra Sahu has filed WPPIL No.79 of 2020, wherein he prayed for allowing Parasram Patel, Jitendra Kumar Sahu, Bihari Lal Verma and Shekh Firoz Mohammad to work in Prathmik Krishi Saakh Sahkari Samiti and to compensate the loss of salary for the unemployed period.

The petitioner, in WPPIL No. 68 of 2021 namely, Woken Justice (OPC) Private Limited is represented through Jayendra Sahu alias Jay Sahu, who is the petitioner in Writ Petition (PIL) No.79 of 2020. Prayer is made for calling of the records of MJC No. 274/2016 (earlier MJC No. 329/2015) "Mamta Sahu & Another v. Jayendra Sahu" pending before the Family Court, Bilaspur, in which the petitioner is a party and for issuance of a circular to enable video recording of the case proceedings with available devices (like mobile phones).

The petitioner, in WPPIL No. 94 of 2021 namely, Woken Justice (OPC) Private Limited is represented through Jayendra Sahu alias Jay Sahu, who is the petitioner in Writ Petition (PIL) No.79 of 2020. Prayer is made, amongst others, to conduct an investigation through Central Bureau of Investigation in his case, namely, MJC No.329 of 2015 (Mamta Sahu & Another v. Jayendra Sahu) pending before the Family Court at Bilaspur. 11.
The petitioner, in WPPIL No. 110 of 2021 namely, Woken Justice (OPC) Private Limited is represented through Jayendra Sahu alias Jay Sahu, who is the petitioner in Writ Petition (PIL) No.79 of 2020, wherein prayer is made, amongst others, for direction to Union of India to use Facebook, WhatsApp, Google for Gmail services and Youtube in public
service, judicial service, etc.

Today also, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner in all the cases.

Since in the aforesaid cases, notices had not been issued and since the petitioner is not desirous of pursuing these matters, we consider it appropriate to dispose of these petitions without any further orders, as not pressed.
