Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have been served with notice dated 13.04.2018 (Annexure - P/3) by the Municipal Corporation, Raipur for taking over their land for construction of road but neither compensation is being paid nor their land has been demarcated. 2.

Be that as it may, the respondents No. 2 & 5 are directed to examine the case of the petitioners' strictly in accordance with law and decide the

same expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioners' land is being taken then the respondent authorities shall proceed further in accordance with the relevant Law and consider and dispose of the proceeding within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Meanwhile, no construction should be made on the petitioners' land for the period of two months. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
