(2) In an application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'the Cr.P.C.') for maintenance filed by applicant No.1/wife, applicant No.2/minor son and applicant No.3/minor daughter namely Smt. Dhaneshwari Sahu, Bhupendra Sahu and Ku.Monika Sahu, the Family Court, Mahasamund, by the
impugned order dated 01.05.2015 passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.15/2015, rejected the application so far as it relates to applicant No.1/ wife Smt. Dhaneshwari Sahu and granted as monthly interim maintenance of Rs.1000/- to applicant No.2/minor son and Rs.1000/- to applicant No.3/minor daughter. Total Rs.2000/- granted as monthly interim maintenance in favour of the non-applicants No.2 & 3.
(3) After having heard learned counsel for the applicant it would be expedient to direct the Family Court to dispose of the main maintenance proceeding within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The said Court would decide the application without being influenced by finding recorded in the order dated 01.05.2015.
(4) The criminal revision stands finally disposed off. Certified copy as per rules.
