1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner who is working as Driver (Fire Brigade) in the establishment of Municipal Council, Jangir Champa has not been paid salary for the month of December, 2016 and August, 2017, even though, the petitioner has attended duties during the said period.

2. Considering the limited relief prayed for in this petition, it is

disposed of with a direction that in the event, petitioner prefers representation before the respondent No.4 for payment of salary of December, 2016 and August 2017, within a period of three weeks from today, the respondent No.4 shall consider and decide the representation objectively by reasoned order at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date of submission of representation.
