1. This is an application for restoration of WP(227) No.997/2015 which was dismissed for non compliance of order dated 12.07.2016.

2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WP(227) No.997/2015 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- to the High Court of Chhattisgarh Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society within a

period of one week.
