This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 02/2015, registered at Police Station Bhimkhoj, District Mahasamund (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 41(1+4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file bail application after filing of the charge sheet. 3.
