Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for demarcation of his land is pending consideration since 07.06.2017 before the respondent authorities and till date no action has been taken on it.

Be that as it may, the Collector, District Bilaspur is directed to look into the matter and take effective steps on the petitioner's application for demarcation of his land expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
