Agrawal Order On Board 13/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for grant of permanent caste certificate is pending consideration before Sub Divisional Officer, Kanker since 18.09.2017 and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, Sub Divisional Officer, Kanker is directed to consider and decide the petitioner' representation for grant of

permanent caste certificate after hearing the affected parties expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
