Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after remand of the case by order dated 06.12.2014 of the Commissioner, the matter has remained pending before Sub-Divisional Officer without any decision till date.

The order remand was passed on 06.12.2014. The Sub-Divisional Officer directed the petitioner to submit relevant document, in compliance of which, documents have been

submitted by the petitioner on 22.06.2015. Therefore, it cannot be said that there is undue delay in conclusion of proceedings. The Sub-Divisional Officer shall do well to decide the matter as early as possible.
