(2) In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner, who is a Pharmacist in the Government Ayurved Hospital, Karpawand District Bastar, has prayed for issuance of a direction to the respondents for release of his part final amount from the GPF, salary for the month of November 2014, medical leave from 26.07.2014 to
27.10.2014, LTC and Bastar allowances, for which, he is legally entitled. The representations have been made in this regard by the petitioner before the competent authorities.
(3) Considering the fact that the petitioner's claim for the above stated amounts is pending consideration before respondent No.2, as the claim has already been forwarded by respondent No.3, however, payments have not been made for want of funds, instead of keeping this petition pending, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the same with a direction to respondent No.2 - The Director, Directorate of Ayurved & Prakritik Chikitsa Yunani Siddha Evam Homeopathic (Ayush), Raipur, to consider and decide the petitioner's claim and make payment of all admissible claims at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of the application together with certified copy of this order.
