1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.162/2014, registered at Police Station Hasaud, Distt. Janjgir-Champa, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the IPC, and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the age of the prosecutrix who is said to be minor on the date of offence, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present application for grant of bail by directing the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Ordered accordingly.
