Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation before the respondents No. 2, 5 and 8 on 31.10.2017 for redressal of his grievances but that has not been considered and decided

till date, therefore, directions may be issued to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the Collector and Superintendent of Police, DistrictMahasamund are directed to look into the matter and take appropriate steps expeditiously strictly in accordance with law. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
