Agrawal Order On Board 14/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that no confidence motion has been passed against the petitioner on 18.10.2017, which is unsustainable and bad in law. (2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. (3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to raise dispute under Section 21(4) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 before the Collector within seven days from today. If the dispute
is raised by the petitioner before the Collector, in that event the Collector shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
