The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.67/2020, registered at Police Station - Masturi, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 302 and 201 IPC. 2.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application. He, however, prays for direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
