This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of his application for grant of Stage Carriage permit on the route Hasaod to Sakti Via Chhapora, Malkharoda and three return trips daily.

It is found that the petitioner had moved his application only on 25.07.2015. At this stage, it can not be said that the petitioner's application is pending before the respondent authority since long. Therefore, no direction is required yet to be issued to the respondent authority to decide the petitioner's application. In case, his application is not decided within a reasonable time, it is open for the petitioner to take recourse to remedy at appropriate stage.
