(2) It is common ground that Revision Application No.12/(02)/2015RC-II, challenging the order passed by the State Government on 14.01.2015, rejecting the petitioner's application for grant of renewal of mining lease is pending consideration before the Central Government.

(3) Since two parallel proceedings on the same cause of action is not permissible, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the Revisional Authority i.e. the Central Government shall consider and decide the above stated Revision Application filed by the petitioner, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
