This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 499/14, registered at Police Station Kharsiya District Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the
case; nature and gravity of offence and the manner in which applicant and other co-accused persons is said to have kidnapped minor child, aged about 9 months for ransom, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail. 3.
Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected.

Trial Court concerned is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without further delay.
