Agrawal Order On Board 14/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner society has made an application before the Collector, Balodabazar-Bhatapara for cancellation of order dated 29.09.2017 passed by the Assistant Director, Department of Fisheries, Balodabazar-Bhatapara, but the same has not been considered and decided till now.

(2) Be that as it may, the Collector, Balodabazar-Bhatapara is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for cancellation of order dated 29.09.2017 strictly in accordance with law after hearing the parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
