This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.258/2015, registered at Police Station-Pandri, Raipur, District-Raipur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376 of the IPC and Sections 6 & 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case, nature & gravity of the offence and the manner in which the minor prosecutrix, who is aged about 16 years, is said to have been kidnapped and abducted with the promise of marriage and subjected to sexual intercourse, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail. Consequently, bail application is rejected.
