Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 15/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made representation to the Collector, Durg for redressal of their grievances, which has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file additional representation to the Collector, Durg. If such representation is filed by the petitioners before the Collector, in that event the Collector shall consider and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law. (4) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the said authority would be at liberty to consider and decide the same in accordance with law. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
