2. This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested on

30.01.2020 in connection with Crime No.02/2020 registered at Police Station Salhewara, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Section 306 and 34 of the IPC.

3. First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn on 12.05.2020.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, second bail application is also rejected.
