1. This is the third bail application submitted by the Applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

2. First bail application was dismissed on merits vide order dated 21.01.2019 passed in MCRC No.9377/2018.

3. Second bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 17.06.2019 passed in MCRC No.3521/2019.

4. Looking to the above, I do not found any good ground to entertain the instant bail application.

5. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed at motion stage itself.
