1. In a civil suit filed by the petitioner, on 04/04/2019, time was granted to the respondent to file the written statement whereas the petitioner had filed an application under Order 8 Rule 1 of the CPC against which this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by him.

2. Admittedly, as on that day, the petitioner's application under Order 8 Rule 1 of the CPC is pending consideration. Be that as it may, the Family Court, Bastar is directed to consider and dispose of petitioner's application under Order 8 Rule 1 of the CPC strictly in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of without noticing to the other side.
