1. Heard.

2. The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.28/2018 registered in Police Station Barsur Distt. Dantewada C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 148, 452/149, 363/149, 294, 506(Part II) & 395 of the I.P.C. ; Section 8(1)(3)(5) of the C.G. Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam and

MCRC No. 5636 of 2020 Section 25(1-B)(A) of the Arms Act.

3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that applicants have committed house trespass, abducted and criminally intimidated the victim and thereafter committed dacoity.

4. The bail rejection order passed by the trial Judge on 08.07.2020 would indicate that examination of the witnesses is over and the trial has almost come to an end.

5. In view of the above situation and considering the seriousness of the crime which has occurred in highly Naxal affected area, I am not inclined to release the applicants on bail.
