1. Heard.
2. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the C.r.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.315/2020, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Bastar, Jagdalpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act, 1985.
3. The applicant was found to be in possession of illicit ganja weighing 21.240 kg which is more than commercial quantity. The applicant is in jail since 10-07-2020.
4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
5. Considering the huge commercial quantity of Ganja recovered from the applicant, this Court is not inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed, however, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. SD/- (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Judge Amardeep
