Agrawal Order On Board 14/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband has died on account of electrocution during the course of employment for which the petitioner has made application to the respondent No.3 for grant of compensation, but the

same has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for grant of compensation, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4 ) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
