The applicant has filed this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as he is in custody since 07.01.2018 in connection with Crime No.06/2018 registered at Police Station : Devendra Nagar, Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the present application with liberty to revive the after three months, in case the trial is not concluded.

State counsel has no objection to this proposition. 4.

The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn reserving aforesaid liberty.
