Agrawal Order On Board 22/06/2018 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this fourth bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 780/2015 registered at Police Station Civil Line, District Bilaspur for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant's earlier three bail applications were dismissed on merits as well as dismissed as withdrawn.
(2) Having heard learned counsel or the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstances to entertain this fourth bail application. Accordingly, the fourth bail application is rejected. However, looking to the detention period of the applicant, trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
