After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner for a fairly long time, he submits that he may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the Collector, Balrampur under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System

(Control) Order, 2016.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Collector, Balrampur. If such an appeal is preferred by the petitioner within seven days from today, then the Collector, Balrampur shall consider and decide the petitioner's appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing both the parties.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
