1. Heard.
2. It is contended on behalf of the respondents/state, on instructions, that after report of the complainant, counseling proceedings sought to be commenced, however, the parties against whom the report was made did not appear despite the communication made by counsellors.
3. Considering the above submission made and after perusal of the report, if the counseling is not effected for the non co-operation of the parties against whom the report is lodged, the police officials may consider such report and thereafter may forward the same compliant to the police station having
jurisdiction, which appears to be Delhi in the instant case. Therefore, the police officer is directed to send the complaint to the concerned police station having jurisdiction.
