Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 14/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not submit his on-line application form before the respondent authorities to appear in the examination of Bachelor of Pharmacy 7th Semester, which is going to be held on 15th November, 2017 as his application was not accepted on-line stating that he has not cleared B-Pharmacy (3rd Semester).
(2) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, on instructions, would submit that if the petitioner submits his
application form through Off-line by today itself, then, in that event, he will be allowed to appear in the said exam.
(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to submit his application form through Off-line within three days to appear in the examination of Bachelor of Pharmacy of 7th Semester before Respondent No.2-Registrar, Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai or its representatives. Since the examination is scheduled to be held from 15.11.2017, the petitioner is directed to submit a written application to Mr. Soni, OSD, CSVTU, who is present in the Court and in such a event, the petitioner will be allowed to appear in B-Pharmacy of 7th Semester Exam, which is to be held from 15.11.2017. However, the petitioner's result will be subject to decision of CSVTU deciding his eligibility as per the ordinance/regulation etc and this order will not confer any right about his eligibility.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
