1. The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 20/2011 registered at Police Station Chhawni, District Durg (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 302 & 386 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 15.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3282/2015.
3. Taking into consideration the facts & circumstanaces of the case; I do not find any new or good good ground to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected.
