1. Aggrieved by the order Annexure P-1 dated 15.07.2021 the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Vide the impugned order the Additional Collector, Raigarh as canceled the earlier order of transfer/change of place of posting issued on the previous date i.e. 14.07.2021 Annexure P-4.

3. Admittedly the order Annexure P-4 dated 14.07.2021 was not acted upon before the impugned order dated 15.07.2021 was passed.

-24. Given the said facts, the only recourse that petitioner has as of now is to approach the respondent no.2 by way of a suitable representation ventilating his grievance.

5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to make a representation to respondent no.2 in respect of his grievance and respondent no.2 in turn shall consider and decide his representation on its own merits in accordance with law at the earliest. 6.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
