1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken-up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have made applications Annexure P-5 to the Collector and Annexure P-6 to the SDO for grant of compensation against the acquisition of their land but it has not been decided yet. Therefore, he prays that SDO may be directed to decide the application of the petitioners within a reasonable time.

3. Learned State counsel submits that they will decide the applications of the petitioners expeditiously.

4. Perused the documents and heard learned counsel for the parties.

-25. After perusal of the documents, Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) (Respondent No. 3) is directed to decide the application of the petitioners within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with a reasoned and speaking order.
