1) Since both these cases arise out of same crime number, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2) The applicants have preferred these applications under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as they were arrested on 17.07.2020 in connection with Crime No.130/2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 r/w 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station- Rajim, District- Gariyaband (C.G.).

3) After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks to withdraw these applications with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

4) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

5) Permission granted.

6) Accordingly, the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
