1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite decree passed by the Court of Civil Judge Class I, Bhilai-III, Durg, in civil suit No.15-A/2013 and consequential order passed by the Naib Tahsildar, Bhilai-III the concerned Patwari is not entering the necessary corrections in the revenue records.

2. Let the petitioner move afresh before the concerned Patwri for necessary corrections in the revenue records, who shall pass necessary orders in accordance with the decree passed by the Civil Court after hearing all the parties concerned.

3. Let the petitioner move the application within one week which shall be considered and decided by the concerned Patwari within next 12 weeks.
