Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the application filed by the petitioner under Section 126 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') for setting aside the ex-parte order is pending consideration before the Family Court, Raipur since 25.03.2017 and, therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the Family Court, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application filed under Section 126(2) of the Cr.P.C
expeditiously without any further loss of time. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
