At the outset, it is brought to the notice of this Court that upon consideration of representation of the petitioner, in compliance of the directives issued by this Court, the appropriate committee, the Engineer-in-Chief, Water Resource, Chhattisgarh has made certain recommendations. This petition had to be filed because the decision has not been taken by the Government till date.

Learned State counsel would assure that if the decision has not yet been taken, will be taken within a period of 4 weeks from today.

Let the decision be taken within 4 weeks in the matter. 4.
