1. The petitioner was awarded contract for the work of gunny bag handling and transportation for which an agreement (Annexure-P/1) was executed between the parties. The petitioner claims to have executed the work, however, payment under the contract has not been made to the petitioner under the amended rate.

2. It appears, the petitioner has made an application for payment to the District Marketing Officer, CG State Cooperative Marketing Federation Limited, Janjgir Champa whereas clause 18 of the contract provides

WPC No. 1928 of 2019 for referring the matter to the Managing Director of CG State Cooperative Marketing Federation Limited.

3. Let the petitioner move before the Managing Director of CG State Cooperative Marketing Federation Limited within a period of 30 days from today raising his entire grievances which emanate from the contract agreement (Annexure-P/1).

After submission of representation, the Managing Director shall deal with the same in accordance with law and decide it expeditiously after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
