At the outset, Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the instant W.P.(227) may be disposed of with liberty to file an appropriate application before the trial Court if any damage to his property may be on account of any activity by Respondent No.1.

The Petitioner may file an appropriate application if any damage to his property by Respondent No.1 and the same may be disposed of in
