1. Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent-SECL to decide his representation for grant of compassionate appointment.

2. Shri Vaibhav Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the respondents on advance copy would submit that the relevant papers have not been annexed with the writ petition and moreover the petitioner is claiming entitlement for compassionate appointment on the ground that he is the adopted son of the deceased employee, therefore, the matter needs to be examined by the SECL. He would submit that the matter shall be examined and decision on petitioner's representation shall be taken within a period of three months.

3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stand disposed of.
