This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 574/2015, registered at Police StationJanjgir, District-Janjgir-Champa (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the IPC.

After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application and prays that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
