This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.06/2015, registered at Police Station-Railway Protection Force, Champa, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 3(a) of the Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Act, 1966.
